SEGRO Lets Three Units at J31 Park, West Thurrock
SEGRO, Europe's leading provider of flexible business space, has let three further units at its J31 Park on Motherwell Way in West Thurrock.
Destiny Entertainments has taken Unit C7, totalling 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m), on a new 10-year lease at a rent of £60,000 pa. The unit will be used to store and distribute disco and electronic equipment.
Unit D5, which totals 9,836 sq ft (914 sq m), has been let to Fitzgerald Lighting on a new five-year lease at a rent of £60,000 pa. The unit will be used for storage, distribution and sales of lighting.
Finally DH Stainless, which supplies stainless steel tubular and piping products, has taken Unit D19, totalling 3,003 sq ft (279 sq m), on a new five-year lease at a rent of £22,540 pa.
Ken Butcher of SEGRO comments: "These lettings demonstrate the attraction of the established location and the quality of the accommodation, which caters for trade counter use."
SEGRO has carried out extensive refurbishment and improvement of infrastructure, including the estate roads, CCTV, signage and landscaping.
The Business Centre is located in an established regional distribution location, with immediate access to junctions 30/31 of the M25 and close to the A13 which serves Central London.
